    We're currently experiencing an issue with our connection to the clearinghouse, and you may notice claims not moving forward in status as expected. Our engineers are on it!

    We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution with our clearinghouse.

    A fix has been implemented, and claim statuses are now being successfully added to Fusion. The issue lasted from 4/13/20 at 9:55 AM EDT to 4/14/20 at approximately 7 PM EDT. All missed rejection messages have been synced with Fusion, but we were not able to recover acceptance messages from that period. This means that each claim with an acceptance message that should have come through in that time frame will stay in submitted until its remit is added to Fusion. We are working in Fusion and with our clearinghouse to ensure that if there is a future issue, we are able to sync all claim status updates.
