Text (SMS) appointment reminders aren't currently being received by phones on the AT&T network. We are working with our SMS provider to resolved this issue as quickly as possible.

We have implemented a fix that will allow text (SMS) appointment reminders to go out to all phone carriers. Reminders will be sent from a different phone number than before. Patients and caregivers should expect reminders to come from (864) 432-XXXX numbers going forward.
