    We are experiencing deliverability issues with some email providers including Yahoo! and AOL. Emails sent to those addresses may not be received at this time. This impacts all emails sent from Fusion such as new user invites and emailed appointment reminders. We are working with our email provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Due to an unexpected change at our email vendor, our sender score recently declined sharply. We have added a new dedicated IP address for sending emails, and we are in the process of "warming it up" so we can send our normal volume through all email providers. We expect this process to be complete by 11/20.
