  2. identified Apr 10, 2025, 12:43 PM UTC

We now have a temporary work around to the issue with the FBAds API endpoint deployed for all data. It may take a few hours to reach all sources. We have also filed a bug report with Meta to address the underlying issue.

  3. identified Apr 10, 2025, 05:37 PM UTC

We have confirmed this to be a problem with Meta’s API for Facebook Ads, and we are working with Meta to assist them in resolving this problem. In the interim, we have been able to mitigate the issue by using an alternative endpoint. Because the mitigation uses a less efficient API, customers may experience slight delays.

  6. monitoring Apr 16, 2025, 07:29 AM UTC

Meta has now resolved the issue on their end related to the Facebook Ads API. Our systems are operating normally, and data processing has resumed. However, we are currently working through a backlog of data download jobs that accumulated during the incident. This means some customers may continue to experience temporary delays in data updates. We are monitoring progress closely and are seeing steady improvement. At this rate, we expect the situation to be fully resolved within the next few hours. Thank you for your continued patience.

  7. monitoring Apr 17, 2025, 10:57 AM UTC

All Facebook Ads data sources have been running as expected since yesterday, with all download job queues successfully resolved. At this time, there are no delays in data delivery. That said, we have decided to continue monitoring the situation closely over the weekend before officially closing the incident. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

  8. resolved Apr 22, 2025, 09:10 AM UTC

We have now monitored the Facebook Ads connector performance over several days, and it has remained stable with no delays or data disruptions. As a result, we are closing the incident.
