    We are seeing that some of our customers are not able to access their service currently and are investigating the root cause.

    We have identified an infrastructural outage as the root cause for the incident. We are working with our partners to resolve the underlying issue.

    One of our infrastructure partner is still facing network issues. We are in close contact with our provider who is working with all their forces on the restoration.

    Our provider is currently bringing services back online.

    Most of the services from our provider are brought back, we are currently verifying our services. Almost every instance is up and running again.

    after all services worked again from 3am to 8am our provider is facing new issues and is working on. Services are degraded or not available currently. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are in close contact and keep you informed.

    Our partner identified and addressed their enormous issues and they will immediately begin rebuilding services.

    Outage is almost fixed on providers side and most of the services are back. We are now expecting the few remaining coming up in the next few minutes.

    We want to inform you that our provider brought back most of his services. Only a few instances (less than 0,4%) are still affected by the incident.
