  1. investigating May 28, 2025, 08:19 PM UTC

We are currently investigating a system issue, following reports of degraded performance in Frontline Central. Processes such as form-related activities, new user creation and staff profile updates may be impacted.

  2. investigating May 29, 2025, 12:46 PM UTC

Our technical team remains fully engaged and is actively implementing targeted measures to stabilize system performance and prevent further disruptions. As part of this work, we have temporarily paused the ability to submit new import requests. We understand the impact this may have on your workflows and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with urgency to restore full service as quickly as possible.

  3. investigating May 29, 2025, 05:53 PM UTC

We wanted to update you on the current status of Frontline Central performance issues. Our technical team remains fully engaged in implementing targeted measures to stabilize system performance and prevent further disruptions. Regarding event processing (form activity, new hire creation, staff profile updates), you may see intermittent periods of degraded performance followed by the system "catching up" and actions taken reflecting in the system after a period of delay. Please note that if you submitted a form but do not yet see it appearing in Track Forms, it does not need to be resubmitted. It will appear when the system cycles through the current event queue. With regard to imports, we are monitoring the imports currently in queue, which will be processed through to completion, and are evaluating when the capability to submit new data imports can be effectively reactivated. Please stay tuned for further updates via the Learning Center homepage. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption these performance issues have caused. We fully recognize how frustrating this experience is, and want to reassure you that this matter is being treated with the utmost urgency. We will continue to keep you updated as we work with urgency to restore full service as quickly as possible.

  4. investigating May 29, 2025, 09:48 PM UTC

We wanted to follow up with additional information on the current status of Frontline Central. Our technical team remains fully engaged in implementing targeted measures to stabilize system performance and prevent further disruptions. System resources have been further expanded to address short-term performance issues, including additional volume increase updates coming this evening. The team is also progressing toward our long-term solution. As communicated earlier today, you may continue to experience delays with form activity, new hire creation and staff profile updates reflecting in the system. As the system cycles through the current queue of event updates, you will begin to see these updates reflected over the next few hours and into Friday morning. Additionally, the ability to submit new import requests has been re-enabled. Any new import request submitted will go into the queue to be processed, which may continue to be in-process overnight until completion. If you previously submitted an import, it is in queue to process and does not need to be resubmitted. Please stay tuned for further updates via the Learning Center homepage.

We’re pleased to share that today’s maintenance work has been completed, and Frontline Central is once again accessible. 9. resolved Jun 04, 2025, 01:24 PM UTC

We sincerely appreciate your continued patience and partnership as we work through recent disruptions to Frontline Central. We understand how vital this system is—especially during the busy close of the school year—and we deeply regret any delays or stress these issues may have caused. This upgrade is on track for completion by the end of July 2025. Rest assured, we remain vigilant, continuously monitoring performance and applying short-term enhancements as needed. As always, our Support team is here for you—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any help.
