We are seeing intermittent delays in long-code (10DLC) inbound SMS delivery times originating from one or more of our upstream providers. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.

FreeClimb has identified the cause of this incident. Our carrier partners are experiencing a network delay when transmitting multiple, high velocity, inbound SMS messages as part of an exchange. FreeClimb engineering and networking teams are actively working with the carrier providers to resolve the issue.
