  1. investigating Oct 21, 2026, 02:58 PM UTC

As a precautionary measure following a recently published cybersecurity warning from the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), we have decided to temporarily take FP Sign 1 offline while we assess the potential impact on our infrastructure. https://www.bsi.bund.de/SharedDocs/Cybersicherheitswarnungen/DE/2026/2026-297981-1032.pdf The security and protection of our customers' data remain our highest priority. During this period, our teams are thoroughly reviewing the advisory and verifying that our systems are not affected. FP Sign 1 will be restored as soon as the assessment has been completed and we have confirmed that there is no risk to service security or integrity. We will continue to provide updates on this status page as more information becomes available. FP Sign 2.0 still remains available and we recommend to use https://app.v2.fp-sign.com/ Login credentials are identical. Thank you for your understanding. The FP Sign Team
