  1. monitoring Feb 23, 2026, 06:51 PM UTC

We have identified elevated bounces and rejections from Microsoft email domains (@hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com, @msn.com). Our systems are automatically reattempting, and we have communicated with Microsoft to unthrottle our impacted IPs and increase our sending limits in the future. At present, all emails are going through normally, and emails that were delayed are resending successfully. At present, we believe this throttling is due to Microsoft making sweeping changes that are impacting many email senders. Our email deliverability and sender reputation are both very high, but if you'd like more control over the emails Foxy sends, you can configure your own SMTP server in your Foxy admin. We'll leave this incident open for a bit while we continue to monitor and review, but at present all emails are being sent normally.
