    Because of the issues with time stamping service on the downstream provider the QTSP signatures can not be completed.

    The signatures traffic has been switched to the other singing providers, so QTSP service remain operational. We are monitoring the situation with the failing external provider

    The external provider has reported that the issue is fixed. We're gradually returning the traffic to the Fourthline QTSP service.
