Following the push of Release 18.1 implemented on January 16th, we have uncovered flaws in the code that are affecting a handful of customers. For this reason, we will be temporarily rolling back to the latest state of Connect code released on December 5th. For a complete list of the features temporarily rolled back, please see the Release Notes. We will notify you once again when we have addressed the issues and reinstated Release 18.1. We have addressed the code issues uncovered in Release 18.1 and all of the functionality accompanying the latest release of FoodLogiQ Connect has been reinstated. Thank you for your patience.

Shortly following our most recent platform release on January 19th, some users reported unexpected behavior with Connect 18.1 related to how Incidents were being created on legacy applications. These applications are outside of the FoodLogiQ Connect mobile app but still utilize the FoodLogiQ API. We determined that certain settings created by our users conflicted with the business logic of the latest release. Since FoodLogiQ is a critical system for many of our customers and this conflict was halting usage for certain users, we made the conscious decision to perform a temporary rollback of Connect 18.1 until we were able to fully resolve the issue. Fortunately, we found a solution that did not require a change in our software, so we were able to quickly roll forward the latest release. Our production systems are now running version 18.1 without any further issues. It should be noted that there was never a system outage during this particular incident.
