  1. monitoring Jan 05, 2018, 07:01 PM UTC

As you may have already heard, two security flaws dubbed Meltdown and Spectre have been identified within the technology community. These two vulnerabilities exploit a flaw within the architecture of microchips used in computers, mobile devices, and cloud servers. While these security flaws affect hardware and not software, they are nonetheless a serious issue. Since learning of these flaws, our technology team has been monitoring the issue as well as the performance across our entire system. For more information about these two vulnerabilities, please visit https://meltdownattack.com/. We are already planning updates to our production servers that resolve these issues in coordination with our infrastructure partner, Amazon Web Services. We will provide continual updates as we complete them via this status page. If you have any questions, please direct them to our Customer Support Desk.
