On May 25, 2022 FoodLogiQ Connect's AS2 Connector experienced an issue that prevented some users from submitting event data in the platform. The outage lasted approximately from 8:45 AM EST until around 11:20 AM EST on the same day. Though the issue has been fully resolved, we value transparency and open communication with our customers.
