On Oct 28, 2017, FoodLogiQ Connect API v2 experienced an issue that prevented users from submitting data in the platform. If you were logged in at the time and attempted to submit data, you would have received an error message. The outage lasted approximately from 7:50 AM EST until around 8:30 AM EST on the same day.
