    **Impact** At least one user experienced problems when navigating or accessing the platform. The issue started on UTC-5 25-09-25 13:08 and was proactively discovered 14.4 minutes \(TTD\) later by a staff member who reported through our internal chats that the screen stayed blank, making it impossible to use. The problem was resolved in 14.4 minutes \(TTF\), resulting in a total window of exposure of 28.8 minutes \(WOE\).. **Cause** During a system update, an important setting that allows the platform to be displayed was removed by mistake. This caused the platform’s main page to stop loading [\[1\]](https://gitlab.com/fluidattacks/universe/-/merge_requests/85334). **Solution** The setting was restored, which immediately allowed the platform to load and work normally again. **Conclusion** Additional safeguards will be implemented in our update process to prevent this type of error from happening again. **INFRASTRUCTURE\_ERROR**
