On August 04, 2026 at 01:00 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were intermittently were unable to upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions or purchase additional subscription tiers within Autodesk account. Once the issue was resolved on August 04, 2026 at 03:05 PM PDT, Autodesk account returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
