On May 19, 2026, at 5:11 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where a subset of customers had missing events related to user login and user attachment views in FPTR. Once the issue was resolved on May 19, 2026, at 6:28 AM PDT, FPTR returned to normal operation.
