    We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to create file or folders using BIM 360 Docs in the European Union region. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

    We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are unable to create/access file or folders using BIM 360 Docs in the European Union region. It was subsequently determined that Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models and Forma Data Management was also impacted in European Union region. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
