On September 02, 2026 at 09:00 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to create storage locations, preventing them from uploading and publishing files in APS - Data Management in Canada, UK, Germany, India and Japan regions. Once the issue was resolved on September 8, 2026, at 4:01 PM PDT, all services returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
