    Between 11:12 AM Central Time and 12:57 PM Central Time there was an issue with the health check for Transax. This caused Parkonect Edge devices to switch to Offline Mode during this period. The issue was resolved when the payment processor corrected the error and devices transitioned back to Online operation.
