    Creating Submissions for TEST Clients linked to newly created organizations may currently fail and return a 500 Internal Server Error. Retrieving data of these clients may also be affected. Note: LIVE environment is not affected. Our team is already working on a fix.

    The issue has been resolved. Submissions and data retrieval for TEST clients linked to newly created organizations are now working as expected again.
