Update timeline

  1. investigating Apr 26, 2022, 03:51 PM UTC

Starting on April 25th at 11:52pm Pacific, we observed a decrease in the number of successfully updated products when pushing stock to Walmart Marketplace for all customers. This appears to be an error from Walmart. Our push stock tasks are not running as often for Walmart (as high as 30 minutes between updates sent to Walmart). We cannot confirm whether Walmart is processing the inventory updates we send in a timely manner for their marketplace. We have notified our partners at Walmart of the issue, and are continuing to monitor the integration.

  2. investigating Apr 26, 2022, 08:33 PM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  3. monitoring Apr 26, 2022, 08:35 PM UTC

We are continuing to work with Walmart partner support to work towards resolving this issue.

  4. resolved Apr 27, 2022, 03:45 PM UTC

Per Walmart: "Inventory feeds usually take 30 minutes or less to process but can take up to 4 hours, depending on the workload of our systems. I don't show an outage and the feeds have processed without error (apart from one (below)) so I can safely presume that the systems are working correctly." Our Walmart push stock tasks usually run every 5-10 minutes, but this is causing Walmart push stock tasks to run every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, with no support from Walmart to resolve this issue we are unable to improve service for this integration.
