    Between 1:14 AM and 1:16 AM US EDT an issue at a data center made some services unavailable or respond unexpectedly. The issue was quickly resolved by the data center. Any mailings that did not go out as expected during that timeframe may be resent using our "Edit and Resend" capability, with an optional follow-up filter.
