We would like to advise merchants and partners that at around 4pm UTC+10 an underlying infrastructure issue caused our database clusters to fail over to the hot standby nodes. This is an automated system, and functioned as designed, however we were unfortunately not able to avoid an interruption to our applications during this, which resulted in a short period (between 30 and 90 seconds) where errors were received instead of successful responses. For transactions processing during this period any errors encountered are automatically reversed if we were unable to record a successful response and return the status to merchant and partner system. Should merchants still be experiencing issues please contact our support team for assistance.
