    We are currently investigating a problem with Westpac merchants receiving '91 - Host or Switch Unavailable' responses for all transactions.

    Transactions for Westpac merchants are now processing successfully. We will continue to monitor during the afternoon for any further problems.

    We have reached out to Westpac who advised that they were having system issues which was responsible for these transaction decline. Westpac advised that their system recovered at 12:55 and we haven’t seen any issues since.
