    For merchants using our NAB T+3 direct debit facility, disbursals for direct debits processed on the 15th of Jan, which should have gone out yesterday even (20/01/2020), have been delayed. This has also prevented the webhook event direct_entry:disbursed from triggering for the affected direct debits. We are attempting to get all affected disbursals pushed out as soon as possible. We will provide further update once all affected disbursals have been pushed out and corresponding webhook events triggered.

    This issue has now been resolved. The disbursal amounts for direct debits processed on the 15th of Jan will be included in this afternoon's disbursals amounts. Also, the direct_entry:disbursed webhook events have been triggered for the affected direct debits.
