    We detected failures in our Voice to Text transcription service as well as a delay in our Voicemail notification emails of ~30 min. We are investigating the issue. ---- 10:35pm EST We have identified and remediated the voicemail delay. Notification email delivery time has returned to normal. We will continue to monitor
