    We have identified an issue with our third-party carrier that is affecting new phone number assignments. Existing customers are not affected. We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates.

    Our carrier has resolved the issue, and new sign-ups are now being processed. However, there is still a backlog for customers who signed up between 11:40 AM and 01:00 PM EST. These numbers are still being processed by our carrier and should be updated shortly.
