We're working to resolve an error some Epic Games Store players on Windows 10 have seen when updating or installing games. We'll share an update as soon as we have a fix.

We've fixed an issue with the Epic Games Launcher where players were unable to update or install games, or where they saw it appear blank. This fix is out now, and if your launcher still appears blank please follow these steps: https://epic.gm/LibraryMissing
