Since 23 July, the majority of Mercedes vehicles have stopped returning several telemetry attributes to Enode, including location, and odometer. We are currently investigating an issue. We will share more information as it becomes available.

This issue is now resolved. Some chargers were deleted during the incident, but have since been restored. If a charger is still showing as unreachable, we suggest you ask the user to check it's WiFi connection and reboot.

We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

Resolved. Starting 22 July, the charging sessions statistics endpoint briefly returned in-progress sessions rather than only completed ones, which could appear as duplicate or repeatedly, updating sessions. The fix is live in production as of 23 July, and the endpoint again returns only finalized sessions. No historical data was affected.
