Status: Resolved Between 02:00 UTC on 13 October and 06:39 UTC on 14 October, end users linking a Solis account were not returned to the app after signing in to SolisCloud, so new Solis connections could not be completed. Existing Solis connections and data were not affected. Linking has worked normally since 06:39 UTC on 14 October, and end users who could not link during this window can now retry.
