We have determined that one our hosts in the Reading Datacenter is in a failed state. We are working to bring the server back up as quickly as possible.

The Reading Datacenter has been restored to normal operation. You may experience some slower performance for the next 15-30mins as systems boot up and rebalance. We are now investigating why systems didn't failover properly.
