    Following an update to the chat widget, some customer websites displayed a white overlay on mobile devices, obscuring the underlying page. This was caused by an improvement to zoom behavior on iOS devices interacting unexpectedly with default styling included in our custom CSS template. We rolled back the chat widget to the previous version, resolving the issue. We are updating how mobile positioning interacts with custom styling and expanding our compatibility checks to prevent this from happening again. We apologize for the disruption this caused.
