    Please be advised that there is currently a service disruption with the BMC Helix platform. Impact: Currently the system is not accessible. You may be experiencing errors that the page is not reachable and/or pages not loading. Next Steps: We are opening a P1 ticket with BMC support. We will provide additional updates as we gather more information.

    BMC Support has been contacted and have confirmed they are aware of the issue. It is currently being investigated, and no cause has been identified at this time. At this time the system is accessible however there is no confirmation that the issue has been fully resolved. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them or confirmation that the issue has been fully resolved.

    We have received confirmation from BMC Support that this issue has been identified and resolved related to Service Access Issues. Next Steps: We will continue to follow up with BMC to identify and provide a root cause as needed,
