    We are currently investigating elevated error rates (HTTP 500) affecting requests to the Customers, Funding Sources, and Mass Payments API endpoints. Some requests to these endpoints may fail or time out. Our engineering team is actively investigating. We will provide an update within as soon as we have more information.
