Due to a Google Chrome update, Drumkit is not correctly integrating with TMS and bidding portals when pulled up in the sidebar. The team is investigating actively and will find a resolution soon.

We believe this is resolved in our testing environment. An update has been submitted to the Chrome Webstore, which will be distributed soon. We will share an update as soon as that happens.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption that is affecting the ability to log into and access Drumkit. Users are unable to log into the sidebar and access core Drumkit functionality. We sincerely apologize for the impact on your workflow. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible. What We Identified • Impact: Users are unable to log into the Drumkit sidebar and access any functionality. • Start Time: The issue began at approximately 1:30 ET • Root Cause: This issue is related to an upgrade behind the scenes. It's caused Drumkit to go down for everyone. We are actively working on resuming access. Our Action Plan Our engineering team is actively engaged and working to restore full access as quickly as possible. We are treating this with the highest priority.
