DroneMobile experienced a minor incident on November 1, 2022 affecting Drone API, lasting 2d 14h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

A problem with our data storage resulted in about 1 hour and 45 minutes of commands log data being lost. In order to more quickly give customers access to their devices, we implemented a fix that allows communication to proceed and be logged as normally, but a side effect is that access to historical logs has been temporarily lost. We are working to restore log information for the past six months (nothing was lost, aside from any logs that came in while the system was down), and you should see your logs repopulate over the next few days.

The vast majority of old logs have now been migrated, and we will complete the final restoration of the most recent logs overnight.
