This issue appears to be related to accounts that processed journal entries or withdrawal redemptions starting from approximately 4:30 PM ET on Monday, March 9, 2026. Our Engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore accurate balances. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
