On February 14th, between 03:07 - 4:08 AM PST, we experienced increased error rates on the Drive API affecting key endpoints (e.g., /quote, /deliveries). This resulted in intermittent failures for delivery quotes and order placements. The issue was caused by a Cloudflare outage in the Portland (PDX) data center, which intermittently disrupted traffic. The incident has been resolved, and we continue to monitor for further issues.
