We are aware of intermittent connectivity issues affecting DonorDrive. This appears to be caused by a widespread problem with Cloudflare and specifically ,the CDN. We are working with their support personnel to assist in rectification.

According to the Cloudflare website, https://www.cloudflarestatus.com, a fix has been implemented and we are seeing the Bonterra Tech applications coming back online accordingly. On August 6, 2025, some users experienced errors when registering for events with registration forms that included conditional form fields. Our team identified the issue, which was related to underlying form validation, and has implemented a fix.
