On the 8 of July 2025 at 10:41 am CEST we noticed the issue with some articles not loading on Dixa Knowledge. The users were getting redirected to a main page instead. This issue was caused by a faulty deployment which was reverted immediately and 10:58 am we moved the incident to monitoring. We could see that the articles are loading as intended and therefore considered the incident fully resolved at 11:22 CEST.
