Discount Ninja incident
A Shopify outage is affecting some Discount Ninja users: promotions are not applied to checkout and users cannot connect to the app (Not authorized)
Discount Ninja experienced a critical incident on February 17, 2021 affecting Checkout API and Admin (App) and 1 more component, lasting 6m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The root cause of the issue was the temporary unavailability of Shopify's authentication APIs. Shopify announced downtime between Feb 17, 2021 at 09:49 PM and Feb 17, 2021 at 10:10 PM. The description of the issue by Shopify was: "Some merchants are having issues loading different pages in their Shopify Admin. Our APIs are facing a similar issue. We are investigating and will keep you updated." At the moment the issue seems resolved. Users are able to log on again and after logging promotions resume. We are monitoring the situation.

This incident has been resolved. However, affected users must log on to the Discount Ninja app to allow promotions to resume.
