The incident has been resolved. Unfortunately some stores may experience partial data loss for the period of November 1st until November 15th. Specifically the number of views, add to carts and initiated checkouts may be underreported for some stores. Note that the number of orders and associated revenue is not included in the data set that experienced data loss. Changes have been made to our reporting infrastructure to avoid performance degradation in the future.
