We are currently investigating an issue where checkouts are not showing discounts in Shopify Functions mode.

We are continuing to investigate the issue. The root cause seems to be a change on Shopify's end (not confirmed yet). Given that this is likely a Shopify issue, we cannot provide an ETA to resolution at this time. We advise users to change to Draft Order or Discount Code checkout mode. To switch checkout mode, go to the "Settings" menu in the app and find "Checkout options".

A ticket has been raised with Shopify to get this resolved. The ticket number is 38540662. Shopify has not confirmed the issue and has not provided an ETA.

Shopify has notified us that they are "able to reproduce the issue and are looking into the causes". In the meantime, we've rolled out an update to Discount Ninja to automatically fall back to "Draft order" checkout mode while the "Shopify functions" checkout mode is temporarily unavailable.

Shopify has fixed the issue that caused discounts using Shopify Functions to break. We are currently working on re-enabling Shopify Functions for Discount Ninja. We expect Shopify Functions checkout mode to be available again within 2 to 4 hours.
