    axe Monitor users are currently unable to Create Organisations. Deque is working diligently to fix this issue. In the meantime, please avoid creating new organisations. Contact [email protected] if you encounter any issues. axe-core version 4.10 is not currently compatible with axe Monitor. We recommend axe Monitor customers use axe core version 4.9. Soon, all axe Monitor customers using axe core 4.10 will be switched to axe core 4.9. This page will be updated when this change is complete.

    axe Monitor customers on versions 7.5.3 and earlier who were using axe core 4.10 are now running on axe-core version 4.9, ensuring full compatibility with our system. All normal activities, including creating organizations may be resumed on axe Monitor. Note: We are diligently working to incorporate axe-core version 4.10 in future axe Monitor releases, including version 8.0 and 7.5.4.

    We experienced an unexpected outage starting at about 5:17pm ET. During the outage, all interactions with the axe DevTools Mobile Service were blocked, including saving scans from iOS and Android. The outage was resolved by 5:55pm ET. If you attempted to run scans and save them to the axe DevTools Mobile Dashboard during this time, please run your tests again.
