Some task runs have been failing to start due to an issue with one of our network providers. Affected runs fail with a session timeout error. We've identified the cause and are rolling out a fix to route around the affected provider. Re-running a failed task may succeed. We'll post an update by 9:00am ET.

We have identified an issue causing elevated latency and intermittent timeouts for some requests to our Live APIs. Some API components are experiencing degraded performance. Our engineering team is currently implementing a fix to optimize database performance and restore normal service levels.
