We need to perform urgent maintenance on our Anti-DDoS infrastructure to address an identified issue that requires immediate action to prevent potential service impact. During this period, only the basic pre-filtering of our routing infrastructure will be active, while the granular DDoS filters will be temporarily unavailable. No service disruption is expected.

When we turned the DDoS filters back into service 5 minutes ago, timeouts of some existing TCP and UDP sessions occured due to human error. The root cause is already identified and resolved.

Further investigation of the issue mentioned in our previous update showed that only IPv4 addresses with an active DDoS mitigation profile were affected, and timeouts occurred for just a few seconds.
