The FMCSA has reported that they are experiencing delays in sending up-to-date authority data that informs DAT’s Directory, Company Profile, Company Insights, and CarrierWatch. Files that typically update daily have not refreshed since December 8. FMCSA has confirmed they are working on a fix, scheduled for December 20. If you are a new user trying to sign up and received your authority after December 8, please contact DAT Customer Support at 800-547-5417. As a result, authority and insurance information may be outdated, potentially impacting displayed data and notifications. We apologize for any issues this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
