One of our upstream providers in our Milwaukee data center is experiencing an outage and we are engaging them to address the issue. This outage may cause some temporary packet loss for some customers while traffic is being rerouted to our other providers.

The upstream provider has acknowledged a regional outage and we are continuing to monitor for updates.

The provider continuing to work on locating a suspected fiber cut. We are closing out this issue, as our network has been stable since the initial outage event. We will work to add this provider back into our BGP mix once it is repaired.
