    CyberArk Identity is currently investigating an issue where connectors fail to renew their certificate with the cloud and are rendered inoperable. If you have Active Directory users unable to log in please see this KB for help in determining if you are impacted. https://cyberark-customers.force.com/s/article/CyberArk-Identity-AD-User-not-able-to-sign-in-while-connector-is-active We will provide another update as soon as more information is available.
